IGF-1 LR3 is insulin-like growth factor 1 with an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-residue N-terminal extension, which lowers its affinity for the binding proteins that normally sequester IGF-1. AOD-9604 is residues 176-191 of human growth hormone, the C-terminal fragment, with a tyrosine added. HCG is human chorionic gonadotropin, a glycoprotein hormone that acts at the luteinizing hormone receptor -- it is a full hormone rather than a fragment, and is sold in international units of activity rather than by mass.
