Refunds and reshipment

If your order does not arrive

Tell us and we will resolve it. If a parcel is lost in transit, or is withheld or destroyed at the border, we will reship it once at our cost or refund it, at your choice. To claim, contact us with your order reference and, where the carrier or the authorities issued one, a copy of the notice.

If something arrives wrong or damaged

Photograph it and tell us within 72 hours of delivery. We will replace the affected items or refund them.

What is not refundable

Research chemicals that have arrived intact and as described cannot be returned once despatched, because they cannot be restocked or resold. That is the standard position in this field and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

Before you raise a payment dispute

Please contact us first. Almost everything we see is a delivery question with a straightforward answer, and we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute process can.
