How payment works

Nothing is charged when you submit an order. You get a firm total first, and payment details come after that.

The sequence

1. You build a basket and submit it. The running total you see is computed from our published price file; we recompute it on our side when the order arrives, so the tier is applied correctly across the whole basket.
2. We send you the payment details, quoting your order reference.
3. Your order page stays live. It is the authoritative record of what you asked for and what we quoted, and it updates as the order moves.

Why a quote expires

Every quote is valid for seven days. Our prices are derived from a supplier sheet we do not control, and an open-ended price would be a promise about somebody else's costs. If a quote lapses, submit the basket again.

What we store

Your name and delivery address, your email address, a phone number if you gave one, your basket, the total we computed, and the network address the request came from. Not card details: no card details ever reach this site. See privacy.

Shipping and the total

$79 flat, free over $1,500, charged on the order rather than per item. The total on your order page includes it.
