Shipping
Who ships your order
Orders are despatched directly by our supplier, not from a warehouse of our own. That is how the prices on this site are possible, and you are entitled to know it. It also means you are the importer of record.
Cost
$79 flat to any destination we serve, and free on orders over $1,500.
How long it takes
We do not promise a delivery date, because we do not control the carrier. What we can tell you is how international despatch normally behaves:
Tracking often shows nothing for a while, and that is normal. On international routes, tracking frequently does not begin updating until the parcel has reached the destination country and cleared customs. A parcel with no movement showing is usually still in transit. If it has been unusually long, ask us rather than worrying.
Before you order
Check what you are permitted to import where you live. Rules differ significantly between countries, and some of what we list may not be lawfully importable to your address. We cannot advise you on your own jurisdiction, and we will not ship where we know it is prohibited.
If a parcel is withheld
See our refund and reshipment policy. We reship or refund once, at your choice.
