How do I order?

Set quantities on any product page, or on the full catalogue, then review your order. We confirm it with you before anything is charged or shipped.

Is there a minimum?

No. One kit is a real order. See how kits work.

How is my price calculated?

By the total kits in your basket, across every compound. The full ladder is published on the pricing page.

Do you have third-party test results?

For many lines. Our supplier's samples were tested by Janoshik, and each of those product pages gives the task number and key to check at janoshik.com/verify. They cover the sample the supplier submitted, not the lot you receive. Lines without a test say Coming soon. Our guide to reading a certificate of analysis covers what to ask any supplier, including us.

Who ships it, and how long does it take?

We do not promise dates, and tracking often shows nothing until the parcel reaches your country. See shipping.

What if it does not arrive?

We reship or refund once, at your choice. See refunds and reshipment.
