These terms cover everything sold here. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Verifira is a trading name of OTA BOOKS LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Your contract of sale is with OTA BOOKS LLC.

What you are buying

Laboratory research chemicals, and cosmetic ingredients on the lines marked as such, supplied in the quantities stated. See our research use policy, which forms part of these terms.

Prices and orders

All prices are published on the site and are in US dollars. Your price tier is determined by the total number of kits in your order, counted across every compound. Two exceptions, both published on our pricing page: gram sizes count toward the total but their own price stops descending earlier, and supplies and solvents price flat and never earn a tier. An order you submit is a request; the contract forms when we confirm it. A quotation is valid for seven days, because our own costs are not fixed indefinitely.

Shipping and importation

Orders are despatched directly by our supplier. You are the importer of record. You are responsible for knowing and complying with what you may lawfully import to your address. We do not guarantee a delivery date, because we do not control the carrier and do not hold stock.

If something goes wrong

If an order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is withheld at the border, tell us and see our refund and reshipment policy.

Limits

We make no representation that any compound is fit for any particular research purpose. We do not accept liability for how these materials are used after delivery. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
