What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, your delivery address, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and what you ordered. We use them to fulfil the order and to answer you about it. Your address is used to ship to you and for nothing else.

Order and delivery records

We keep a record of each order and of what happened to it — when it was placed, when it was confirmed, when it was despatched, and any correspondence about it. We keep this because a payment provider regards a sale as undelivered unless the seller can show otherwise, and that record cannot be reconstructed later. It includes the network address the request came from and the browser identification your browser sends with every request. It is used for that purpose and to answer you, and for nothing else: no advertising, no profiling, no tracking you across other sites.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

How long we keep it

Order and delivery records are kept for 400 days, which covers the window in which a payment can be disputed, and are then deleted. Support messages are deleted on the same schedule. Deletion is done by a routine we run, not on request only, so a record that is past its window goes whether or not anyone asks. Ask us to delete your record sooner and we will, unless a dispute on your order is still open.
