Analogues of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, the hypothalamic peptide that signals the pituitary. They differ mainly in how long they survive in circulation before enzymatic breakdown.
What this class is
Native GHRH is 44 residues, and its first 29 carry the activity -- sermorelin is that 1-29 fragment. Tesamorelin is the same fragment with a trans-3-hexenoyl group added at the N-terminus, which resists degradation by dipeptidyl peptidase 4. CJC-1295 is a modified 1-29 with four residue substitutions; the version with DAC adds a maleimidoproprionic acid group that binds serum albumin, extending its half-life from minutes to days. The version without DAC is often sold as modified GRF (1-29).

Prices are per kit. Your tier is set by the total kits in your basket across every compound, so mixing compounds from different classes still counts toward one discount. The ladder is published in full.
