What it is

Growth-hormone-releasing hormone with a trans-3-hexenoyl group attached at the N-terminus. That group blocks cleavage by dipeptidyl peptidase 4, which is the enzyme that ends the working life of unmodified GHRH within minutes.

Concentration is mass divided by the volume you added. A 5mg vial made up to one millilitre of solvent gives 5mg per millilitre; to two millilitres, half that. Record the volume you used: a solution whose concentration is not written down is a solution you cannot use quantitatively.
