What it is

A synthetic heptapeptide built from tuftsin, an immunomodulatory fragment of an immunoglobulin heavy chain, with a proline-glycine-proline tail added at the C-terminus. That tail is the same stabilising trick used in Semax, and both peptides came out of the same Russian research programme.
