Concentration is mass divided by the volume you added. A 5mg + 5mg vial made up to one millilitre of solvent gives 5mg + 5mg per millilitre; to two millilitres, half that. Record the volume you used: a solution whose concentration is not written down is a solution you cannot use quantitatively.
